I had been trying to buy a house very actively for about 9 months, first by myself and then with another makelaar, without success. With Pelle, within one month I was successful.
Pelle was proactive from the start, replying first to my initial requests and thereafter on the ball for all other questions. I had been trying to buy a house very actively for about 9 months, first by myself and then with another makelaar, without success. With Pelle, within one month I was successful. I believe this is because Pelle has a realistic view on what you need to do in this ridiculo...

What I appreciated the most is that he is very approachable, honest and open. He trully cares that his clients end up happy
Pelle puts his clients as a priority. Even if that means more work for him he advises and does what is in the best interest of his client. I’ve both sold and bought a new apartment with him and got a great deal on both. If I will ever have to sell or buy again without any doubt I would choose his services again. What I appreciated the most is that he is very approachable, honest and open. He tr...

Pelle showcased his professionalism, but at the same time, very honest and friendly approach
As an agent for a young expat pair looking for an apartment in Amsterdam, Pelle showcased his professionalism, but at the same time, very honest and friendly approach. He thoroughly explained and helped with everything from the first until the very last day, and is even still available after the purchase. Moreover, we really appreciated his availability and quick replies, even during weekend an...

Also, apart from being a great makelaar, he's also an awesome person.
Pelle was a great makelaar! He has always been there, from the moment I went to his office to discuss about my ideas until the moment I got my dream apartment. The whole process was pretty easy with him. Pelle is a person who's able to explain you everything in a very easy way. Pelle helped me to find a great apartment in Amsterdam - I struggled before with other Markelaars, but with him the process was easy and smooth. Thanks to Pelle's expertise and guidance, we were able to find the perfect home for our family
We recently had the pleasure of working with Pelle to buy our dream home in Purmerend, and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. From start to finish, Pelle was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient with us as first-time homebuyers.
